Parmesan Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 23 Large Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. Step 1 – Slice your potatoes into thin discs and place a layer in a greased baking dish
  2. Step 2 – Place the heavy cream and garlic salt in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, pour about a fourth of the mixture over the potatoes
  3. Step 3 – Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes
  4. Step 4 – Add 2 more layers of potatoes, cream and cheese
  5. Step 5 – Place the cheddar cheese on top with the chives and bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. This made 8-10 servings.
