Parmesan Cheese Homemade Chicken Nuggets



  • 3 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/4 Cup Panko
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Parsley
  • 6 TBSP Butter, melted
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP Garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper

  2. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Next, mix together the Panko, Parmesan Cheese and Parsley in a medium dish. Melt your butter and mix in the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken bite in the butter mixture then the Panko mixture, be sure to coat it well with the Panko. Place the bite sized pieces on the cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Use a honey mustard sauce for dipping.
