I love Fall!! It is my favorite time of year!! I mean, who doesn’t love apple pie, pumpkin bread, and really all of those beautiful fall colors. My house always tends to have earthy, fall colors on the walls and maybe that’s because of my love for the season or just because they work in my decorating. I always start my fall decorating early, like Labor Day early. And I keep it out as long as possible, which is usually the week before Thanksgiving.
This really isn’t a great picture of our dining room, but it will do. Love my light fixture, it came with the house! 😉 That china hutch fit in that spot perfectly, with a little help from my hubby. He must test at genius levels, he got that puppy in there with only a small modification of the house.
The kitchen! I would like to say that it always looks like this. Nice and shiny clean, with cupcakes on the stand waiting for my boys to get out of school. But, come on, really?!
This is the reason we bought the house. We fell in love with this sun room and the peacefulness of it. It is our favorite room of the house and we will miss it when the Minnesota winters keep us inside.
I would love to have anyone of our family or friends up to enjoy our home with us. Our door is always open!!
So, the mantle over the fireplace is waiting for me to find that PERFECT Simply Said sticker to go over our picture. But, I cannot commit to one yet.
And, yes, I think those berries look a little too “not fallish”, so on my next venture to Home Goods, I will be addressing this issue. But, can’t you see a nice little wall saying above our picture?
