Quick and Easy Skillet Green Beans
Today I am excited to have Jessica from Prairie Girl to Southern Belle with us again sharing a quick and easy recipe that you will want to stick in your file and save. This Quick and Easy Skillet Green Beans looks simple and delicious to me, I can never get enough fresh green beans in the summer! My Mom does a ton of canning so we are lucky to end up with jars and jars of delicious beans to use! I can't wait to try this simple side dish idea!
With school starting up soon (or maybe it already has) it is a good idea to have a few quick recipes in your arsenal. Meal prep time can get crunched when our schedules become busy again!

How to make Quick and Easy Skillet Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2-3 Cups Green Beans
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in your skillet pan on medium high heat. Once it's warm, throw in 2 to 3 cups frozen green beans and let 'em cook! Add some salt and pepper to taste and give them a stir once in a while. Cook until the start to brown. The longer you cook veggies, the less nutrients they have, so pull them when you think they're ready! I let mine cook about 5-8 minutes.

Jot down this recipe and tuck it away for a busy night.
You'll be glad you did!
