I am always searching for delicious recipes for smoothies, I have found that I take the time for breakfast if it’s in a drink form like all the delicious and nutritious smoothie options! It seems like everyone has a new recipe idea for me to try and I have found several that I love!
I am so bad about eating breakfast even though it’s my favorite meal of the day, I can manage to get my kids fed and out the door for school but then I take off doing everything else for the day and don’t stop to eat. I am loving making different smoothies that I can drink on the go!
We had a Protein Smoothie for Kids (or adults) that we shared a couple weeks ago and I was looking for another option so I made a Raspberry Oatmeal Smoothie that was just as good!
How to Make Recipes For Smoothies: Raspberry Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Frozen Red Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Uncooked Oatmeal
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
Combine all of the ingredients in a Blender and blend for two minutes. Pour into a cup and drink right away.
Smoothies are such a simple and really quick way to get your fruits, veggies and protein into an on the go breakfast. Putting everything in the blender and mixing up takes minutes to do and you have a delicious drink.
If you are not a raspberry fan you can adjust this recipe and use strawberries, blueberries, bananas or a combination of a few of your favorite fruits. There’s really no wrong way to make these. Recipes For Smoothies are so easy to customize to your preferences.
