Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/31/2 cup milk [depending on how thick you like it]
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Individual Package of Truvia
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Step 1 – Stir everything together in a Mason Jar
  3. Step 2 – Place a top on the jar and refrigerate overnight
  4. Step 2 – In the morning top with a little granola or nuts for a some crunch. Enjoy!
