Slow Cooker Recipes: Italian Beef Sandwiches



  • 3 Pound Roast
  • 1 Pouch of Tavern Style Pot Roast Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauce
  • 1 Green Pepper Cut up
  • 1 Red Pepper Cut Up
  • 1 Red Onion Cut Up
  • Hoagie Buns
  • Provolone Cheese


  1. Step 1 – Place your Roast in your Slow Cooker
  2. Step 2 – Open your Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauce and pour it on top of the roast
  3. Step 3 – Add all cut up vegetables on top of the roast and sauce
  4. Step 4 – Cook on low in the slow cooker for 6 hours or until the roast falls apart with a fork
  5. Step 5 – Place a good amount of meat on your hoagie bun and add the provolone cheese on top. I added a little bit of the Campbell’s Skillet Sauce on top of the cheese too. It was delicious and made a great meal with a side salad.
