Sponsored post by Mirum Shopper. All opinions are my own.

Whether you are a house divided or your whole family agrees on the home team you are going to want to serve awesome food and drinks at your next football watching party.  While you want to serve a few good standbys that you know are tried and true touchdowns you should add a few new things to your party fare like Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Mild Crave Salsa found at Walmart in the produce section. The price is lower than leading national or store brands and is chock full of fresh (not cooked) tomatoes or veggies.  Just look at this fresh yumminess!

I put some out with a big bowl of our favorite chips and all the fresh ingredients in Fresh Cravings Salsa inspired me to pair it with a drink with fresh fruit and herbs- Strawberry Mint Tea, it was the perfect compliment!

Strawberry Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 1 stem fresh mint
  • 3 family size  tea bags
  • additional water/ice

Directions:

Remove tops and quarter strawberries, set aside.

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Remove from heat, place tea bags and mint stem in pan with tea, allow to sit for 8-10 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea.

While tea is steeping fill a pitcher with ice, add strawberries.

Pour prepared tea over ice, add water to make a full gallon.

Add a fresh strawberry garnish and mint leaf to your glass and pour tea over ice in the glass.

Strawberry Mint Tea was the perfect fresh drink to serve with my Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa for the big game!Step up your game by trying my tea recipe and a big bowl of chips with Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa!

Just head to the produce department because it’s never cooked or pasteurized and find your own Fresh Cravings favorite! You can find more delicious ideas on their Facebook page too!
