  By now everyone knows that I have been having stomach issues for the last month and then had surgery last week.  My poor family has been eating chicken and noodles constantly with lots of store bought snacks.  So, as soon as I was up for it, I decided to try a new amazing dessert.  Ok, so maybe this is one of my favorites and it sounded good, but everyone else loved it too.  🙂

There is an amazing new frosting out that is going to change your life.  No, Joke, it’s that good!  Cool Whip has made an awesome new frosting that is available in the freezer section.  This delicious frosting comes in Vanilla and Chocolate so that it can really be used on about any desert that you make.  Not to mention, it is good enough you could easily sit down and eat the entire tub with a spoon.

Ingredients needed for Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes:
1 Box Cake Mix
Cool Whip Frosting
Strawberries
Mason Jars
Directions:
1. Bake cupcakes as the box directs.
2. After the cupcakes are baked and cooled, cut them in half.
3. Place the bottom half in the bottom of a small Mason Jar.
4.  Pipe on Cool Whip Frosting.
5. Add a layer of strawberries.
6.  Add the top half of the cupcake.
7.  Pipe on more frosting.
8.  Add Strawberries to the top.

  I love this frosting and all the possibilities it has.  My boys love using the leftovers between two graham crackers for a quick yummy treat.  I can’t wait to use this sweet fluffy goodness in future recipes.  If you want to give it a try, here is a coupon that is available!
