Summer Activities for Kids: Fun with Yogurt

Hi, everyone!  I am so excited to have Jessica from Prairie Girl To Southern Belle back sharing a summer craft for kids idea with us today!  If your kids are starting to get the wiggles on a rainy summer afternoon and you need an idea for a project, here is some fun with yogurt to keep them entertained!  Be sure to stop by Jessica’s blog and see all of her amazing work!  I know you will love her awesome posts!

One afternoon the kids were getting that ‘I’m booooored’ look on their faces. I knew I had to come up with something fun. And fast. Or a meltdown was sure to follow.

I grabbed some yogurt and the bottles I had stashed away for cookie decorating and filled them up. I handed each kid a cookie sheet lined with foil (I was out of wax paper) and told them to draw shapes with their yogurt.
About 20 minutes in the freezer and they were ready to eat!
These bites melt fast so you’ll want to keep them in the freezer! I hope you enjoy!
