Feta Bruschetta Recipe

  • 6 Ounces Feta, Crumbled
  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • French Bread
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  2. Step 1 – Cut the French bread on a diagonal and coat with a olive oil and broil on high for about 3 minutes or until its browned
  3. Step 2 – Cream the Feta Cheese, Cream Cheese and olive oil together in a stand mixer
  4. Step 3 – Add the lemon juice and garlic to the cheese mixture and mix well
  5. Step 4 – After the bread is browned, spread a layer of the Feta spread over the bread and top with tomatoes. Enjoy!
