Thanks to Pringles ® for sponsoring this post!  All opinions are mine!

My youngest son is so creative and crafty.  He rarely throws away anything because he knows he can find a use for it, honestly, I think he may be a hoarder when he gets older.  But for now, he makes cool crafts that totally surprise me.

Over the 4th of July weekend we had lots of company around at my Mom’s house, and where there are a lot of people, there’s a lot of food! My son ended up making a DIY Drum with some upcycled Pringles ® cans and Duct tape.  It was so stinking cute, I had to share it!

How to Make an Upcycled Pringles ® Can DIY Drum

Materials You Need

7 Empty Pringles ® Cans

Duct Tape

Drum Sticks

Instructions

Place the Pringles ® cans in a circle, with six on the outside and one in the center.

Use Duct Tape to tape the cans together.

Also, use the Duct Tape to create a strap for the drum, but measuring out the correct length, and folding the tape in half on it’s self.  Attach it to the drum and you’re done!  It’s just that easy!

This summer, Pringles ® has unveiled it’s inaugural Summer Jam for music fans nationwide, which gives them exclusive access to their favorite artists and awesome music content!

They already know that people are using their cans as instruments, like my son did, so they’re challenging music sensation M4Sonic and a group of musicians of varying styles and backgrounds (called the Percussion Prodigies) to incorporate the brand’s ionic can into their musical expression!  You can find Percussion Prodigies’ videos at Pringles.com/music for more inspiration!
