Water Challenge

April 24, 2019   |   Leave a Comment

Thank you to Primo® for sponsoring this post.  All opinions and thoughts are my own.

Spring is the perfect time to take steps towards living your healthiest life. If you are anything like me, you made resolutions for the New Year that included exercising, eating better, and drinking more water. Now is the time to put those plans into motion, just in time for shorts season!

It seems like drinking water is one of the hardest resolutions to keep! Coffee and wine are my downfall. I realize just how weak my willpower is when a soft drink catches my eye. I need to be reminded that water has a slew of health benefits from hydrated skin, to improved digestion, it has absolutely zero calories and best of all, it just makes you feel better!

There are so many good reasons to drink water. The only downside to drinking a lot of water is that all of those bottles equal a lot of waste headed to a landfill if you don’t have recycling services in your area.  But, I have found a solution! I have added a Primo water dispenser to my kitchen. My family is drinking a lot more water now; about 25% more than we were this time last year without sending a single plastic bottle to the recycling bin or worse, ending up in the landfill (or ocean!)

Primo has several dispenser styles to match your lifestyle. From a Deluxe Top Loading Water Dispenser with Pet Station for Lily, to a Smart Touch Deluxe Bottom Loading Water Dispenser that offers hot, cold, or warm water with the touch of a button. All of the dispensers are visually appealing; they make it hard to resist grabbing a glass of water when you pass by.

There has never been a better time to add a Primo water dispenser and their awesome water to your home. You can greatly reduce your environmental footprint by ditching single use plastic bottles. Each 5-gallon Primo bottle saves up to 1100 plastic bottles from landfills, or worse the ocean.

If you are looking to add a Primo Water Dispenser to your home make sure to visit the Primo website and use coupon code WATERGOALS25 for 25% off dispenser, FREE fast shipping + a FREE coupon will be mailed for a 5-gallon bottle of Primo water and another will be in the box when delivered.

We choose Primo because I know their water is the absolute best around. They use a multi-step purification system with reverse osmosis to ensure that every glass of water is the purest and refreshing you could possibly have. I know, when you think water how could one glass be better than another but I promise you this water is crystal clear, tastes amazing and incredibly refreshing. You can choose to exchange your bottle for a pre-filled bottle, OR you can use a simple refill machine. Use the map locator to find a Primo store nearest you. There are over 45,000 locations across the US.

Now that I have you thinking about staying hydrated, I want to challenge you to drink more water over the next 30 days. I know you will feel better physically after increasing your water intake. You are also likely to have a new sense of accomplishment because as I mentioned earlier, drinking more water is one of the hardest healthy steps to make. We face so much temptation with sugary drinks!

To help you keep track of your water intake I have a FREE printable to share with you. This printable is good for the whole week. Print one for your desk, or to hang on your fridge. It is as easy to use as drink a glass of water and mark it off on the printable!

How many glasses do you drink each day? If you have any tips for getting all 8 glasses a day I would love to hear them!

Sharing is caring!
