Simple Lemon Brownies With Lemon Glaze

Lemon Brownies are my absolute favorite bar or dessert to make. They’re light and airy with that fresh lemon flavor that everyone loves!

Add some lemon glaze on top and you won’t be able to make just one pan of these! They’ll be gone in no time at all!


All Purpose Flour sugar salt stick butter eggs Lemon juice zest of lemon


Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the softened butter.

In another bowl whisk the eggs with the lemon juice and zest. Add to the larger bowl and mix well.

Pour into a prepared 8X8 brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

You can double the recipe and bake in a 9X13 pan for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool, then glaze.
