Arugula Couscous Salad

Package Couscous

Dried Cranberries

Toasted Almonds

Shredded Cheese

Bag Roasted Corn
Thawed

Dressing - I used a Juniper Berry Balsamic Vinegar mixed with Blood Orange Oil

Instructions
Step 1 - Make the Couscous according to the package instructions
Step 2 - Mix all the ingredients together except the arugula
Step 3 - Add the arugula to the salad right before serving and enjoy!
