Easy Lemon Cheesecake Pie

Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Package of Cream Cheese
softened
1 3.5
ounce
Package of Lemon Pudding
2
Cups
Milk
¼
Cup
Powdered Sugar

Instructions
Step 1 - Place the Cream Cheese in a stand mixer and mix, add the milk in ½ cup at a time
Step 2 - After the milk has been all added let it mix for a couple minutes
Step 3 - Add the Lemon Pudding and powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and mix together until it's creamy
Step 4 - Pour the lemon mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for an hour
Step 5 - Top with a layer of cool whip and enjoy!
