Step 1 – in a large bowl combine 1 cup of the flour, seasonings and the yeast, set aside
Step 2 – in a small saucepan heat and stir milk, the 1 tablespoon butter and ½ teaspoon salt just until warm and butter melts
Step 3 – Add milk mixture to dry mixture and beat with electric mixer on low or medium for 30 seconds. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and as much of the remaining flour as you can
Step 4 – Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes. Shape dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl; turn once. cover and let rise until doubled in side
Step 5 – Punch Dough down and turn onto a lightly floured surface. cover and let rest for 10 minutes, meanwhile grease a 1 ½ quart casserole of a loaf pan
Step 6 – Shape into 48 pieces and form a ball. Arrange balls smooth sides up in a your pan. Cover and let rise for 30-40 minutes
Step 7 – Bake at 375 for 40 minutes and brush the melted butter on top of the load when you pull it out.
