Step 1 – Butter one side of two pieces of bread

Step 2 – Spread Pesto on the other side of the slices of bread

Step 3 –Place one piece of bread butter side down into a pan

Step 4 – Slice the mozzarella and add two pieces to the piece of bread in the pan and place the second piece of bread pesto side down onto the mozzarella

Step 5 – Toast the sandwich until it’s browned and the cheese is melted and enjoy!
