Pancake Muffin Recipe #HorizonB2S
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Pancake Mix you can use homemade or boxed
- ⅔ Cup Horizon Organic Milk
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Blueberries or Chocolate Chips I used ½ of each
- Instructions
- Step 1 - Mix together the pancake mix Horizon Organic Milk, Eggs and Maple Syrup
- Step 2 - Fill your greased muffin tin ¾ full I used a mini muffin tin
- Step 3 - Add the blueberries on top
- Step 4 - Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through
- Step 5 - Top with Maple Syrup
