Asparagus & Egg Bake

Ingredients

asparagus spears
cut into bite-sized pieces
4
eggs
room temperature
2
tsp.
olive oil
1
tsp.
garlic
Salt and pepper

T
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Spray the bottom of a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Place the cut up Asparagus in the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes
Remove the dish from the oven and carefully slide the two eggs on top of the asparagus and bake for five minutes
When the eggs appear slightly set, remove from the oven and top with a sprinkle of garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan Cheese
Place back in the oven for 3 minutes
