Cheesy Garlic Bread Knots

Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Step 2 – Melt ¼ cup butter in a small saucepan
Step 3 – After the butter is melted add the milk and heat to 100 degrees
Step 4 – Place your yeast and honey in a bowl or stand mixer
Step 5 – After the milk mixture is at 100 degrees stir into the yeast and let sit for 10 minutes until it gets foamy
Step 6 – Add the egg and salt to the yeast mixture and combine
Step 7 – Add 3 cups of flour, then slowly add the last ½ cup until the dough balls and does not stick to the sides of the bowl
Step 8 – Use your dough hook and knead for 2 minutes or by hand for 5 minutes
Step 9 – Shape your dough into 12 – 14 knots and place on the cookie sheet
Step 10 – Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
Step 11 – Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown
Step 12 – While the knots are baking make your garlic butter by melting the 4 Tablespoons of butter and adding the seasonings
Step 13 – After the knots come out of the oven brush with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Enjoy!
