Chocolate Almond Crinkle Cookies

Instructions
Step 1 - In a medium bowl (I use my Stand Mixer) mix together the Cocoa, sugar and vegetable oil until it's well combined
Step 2 - Add the eggs, one at a time
Step 3 - Add the Almond Extract to the batter
Step 4 - In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt together
Step 5 - Slowly mix the flour mixture into the cocoa mixture until it's well combined. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
Step 6 - Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees, using a small cookie scoop make cookie dough balls and roll them in the powdered sugar
Step 7 - Bake on a Cookie Sheet lined with parchment paper or Silpat for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
