Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients

Quick Cooking Oats

Ripe Bananas
Mashed

Plain Greek Yogurt

tablespoon
Honey

teaspoon
Vanilla
1 ½
teaspoon
Baking Powder
½
teaspoon
Baking Soda
½
Cup
Nutella
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients except Nutella. Spoon batter into prepared pan filling each cup about ¾ full.
Create a small divot in the center of each muffin batter with the back of a spoon.
Microwave Nutella for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drop a teaspoon dollop of Nutella into the top of each muffin divot.
Tap pan on a hard surface to even out the batter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until muffin begins to brown on the top.
Remove and cool completely.
Makes 12 muffins.
