Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Muffins
When it comes to delicious muffins, these Chocolate Banana Muffins take the cake! Can you imagine my boy's excitement coming home from school in the afternoon and finding these yummy muffins waiting for them? I'm pretty sure I watched an entire batch get inhaled in a matter of minutes cause I mean really guys - who doesn't love anything made with Nutella? Right?!
You know it's a good recipe when the kids approve and act like they haven't been feed in months by the way they snarf down muffin after muffin! They voted these to be almost as good at the Cinnamon Applesauce Muffins we make all the time. Which sounds better to you?

How to make Chocolate Banana Muffins
- 2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 400 and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients except Nutella. Spoon batter into prepared pan filling each cup about ¾ full.
Microwave Nutella for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drop a teaspoon dollop of Nutella into the top of each muffin divot.
Tap pan on a hard surface to even out the batter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until muffin begins to brown on the top.
Remove and cool completely.

- Remove and cool completely.
- Makes 12 muffins.
