Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees and line your baking sheet with Silpat
Step 2 - In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and Truvia Baking Blend Sugar on medium speed until it's light and fluffy.
Step 3 - Add the eggs one at a time, betting well and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed
Step 4 - Beat in the Vanilla Extract, baking powder and salt
Step 5 - Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the flour until it's well incorporated
Step 6 - Add the chocolate chips and mix on low quickly
Step 7 - Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and divide in half
Step 8- Shape the dough into long logs that are about 10 inches and 3 inches wide and transfer to the baking sheet
Step 9 - Bake for 20 minutes or until they are lightly browned, remove from the oven and let rest for 20 minutes
Step 10 - Reduce the oven temperature to 300 degrees
Step 11 - Transfer the logs to a cutting board and use a serrated knife to slice them on the diagonal about ¾ inch slices and return to the baking sheet
