Cranberry Blondies Recipe

Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
softened

cup
packed light-brown sugar
1
egg
1
teaspoon
Vanilla
2
cups
all-purpose flour
1 ¼
cups
white chocolate chips
½
cup
sweetened dried cranberries
chopped
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
cup
semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Heat oven to 325
coat an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick spray
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until smooth
Next, beat in egg and vanilla
On low speed, add in flour, 1 cup of white chocolate chips and cranberries and salt
press evenly into the pan
bake at 325 for 40 minutes
Melt remaining white chocolate and semisweet chocolate in separate bowls and drizzle over top of bars
