Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees. Roll out the crust and place it in the bottom of your pie pan. Next, in a mixing bowl add all of the filling ingredients and mix until the apples are completely coated. Pour the filling into the crust. In a separate bowl, use a fork to combine the topping ingredients until it's crumbly. Pour the topping onto the apple pie. Bake for 50 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream on top!
