1 ½12 tablespoon chilled sweet cream butter, cut into small pieces

½cup+ 2 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut fruit into medium size chucks, with skin, core and seeds discarded.
In a large bowl with high sides combine apples, pears and plum with lemon juice, lemon zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, orange liqueur, sugar and spices. Mix well. Add to a large cast iron skillet and cook (stirring constantly) over medium heat until fruit begins to soften, about 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment combine and mix the all purpose flour, sugars, rolled oats, cinnamon, cold butter cut into small pieces and sea salt. Mix until mixture starts to form small bean size balls. Set aside.
In round 11" stone deep pie dish (or similar pan) add the apple, pear and plum mixture. Add crisp topping and bake for 1 hour.
