Garlic Brown Sugar Carrots

Ingredients

baby carrots
½
cup
butter

Tablespoons
Brown Sugar
1
tablespoon
Garlic
Minced
parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium saucepan add the butter and cook over medium heat until melted. Add the brown sugar and remove from heat.
In a baking dish add the carrots and drizzle the butter mixture over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
