Grandma's Homemade English Muffin Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups Water warm
  • 3 ½ Teaspoons Rapid Rise Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Raisins optional
  • 5 ½ Cups Flour

Instructions

  • Step 1 - In your stand mixer, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Step 2 - Divide the dough into two well greased loaf pans and let rise until it has doubled in size
  • Step 3 - Bake at 350 Degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
