Step 1 - Brown the ground beef in a large pan if you're going to make the recipe in the pan and not the slow cooker
Step 2 - Add the Velveta and Rotel, I add the Velveta a little at a time. If you're making the dip in the slow cooker, I add all the Velveta at once with the Rotel and cook on low for 4 hours
Step 3 - After the Velveta and Rotel and melted and mixed together with the hamburger, add the shredded cheese and Cilantro on top before serving. Enjoy!
