Hamburger Queso Dip with Rotel

 Hamburger Queso Dip with Rotel is one of our favorite snacks in the evening and truth be told, we've even had this as a meal sometimes.  It does, after all, have meat, cheese and tomatoes which is almost a Cheeseburger turned into a dip!

I can remember back to when I was younger and my Mom making this for us.  It was one of my favorite things that she made so of course now I make my own version for my family and friends when I'm entertaining!  Check out the recipe below!  It's so easy to make!
