Homemade Chocolate Cake

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
Step 2 - In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together and set to the side
Step 3 - In a stand mixer, mix the coconut oil, vinegar, vanilla and water until smooth
Step 4 - Add the flour mixture slowly to the wet ingredients
Step 5 - Pour the mixture into two 9 inch pans that have been coated with spray
Step 6 - Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool before frosting.
