Homemade Chocolate Cake with Coconut Oil

April 23, 2015   |   5 Comments

Who loves a delicious homemade chocolate cake recipe that’s loaded with a sweet and buttery frosting that’s to die for?  My family loved this recipe and I think you will too!  It’s a little different than your normal homemade chocolate cake because it doesn’t use dairy or eggs in the recipe.

This is a Coconut Oil Chocolate Cake and to be honest you can’t taste coconut at all in it.  Last week after I made my Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies, I had to continue trying out different recipes with the coconut oil.  I am LOVING it!  Check out how easy this homemade chocolate cake is to make!

That looks delicious. I wonder if you could make it with coconut flour and coconut sugar, too?!
