Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have a huge container of coconut oil that I have used in everything from Lip Gloss to Body Butter. I actually hadn't used the coconut oil in a recipe yet though. I thought I would start simple and make some Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies for my boys after school today. They were amazing! What I loved most was that I didn't have to wait for the butter to soften before I could start making the cookies! Check out how easy these are and yes they do have a slight coconut flavor to them!
