Homemade Cosmic Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ cup melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¾ cup Flour
Chocolate Frosting For Brownies:
- 1 ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chips
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- Candy Sprinkle decorations
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- Next, combine melted butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer (Like a KitchenAid)
- Whisk in the cocoa powder until incorporated, next add the flour and stir until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 25 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan, or pop them in the refrigerator to cool faster.
- Microwave chocolate chips and cream in a medium bowl for 30 seconds
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour icing over cooled brownies and lightly smooth.
- Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to allow icing to slightly firm.
- Add sprinkles to top and return to refrigerator to finish setting.
