Lasagna Soup Recipe

Ground Beef

Small Onion
Chopped

Garlic Clove

Can Chicken Stock

Cans Diced Tomatoes

Italian Seasoning

Broken Lasagna Noodles
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Step 1 - In a large pot brown your ground beef until it's no longer pink
Step 2 - Add the onion and garlic to the ground beef and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes
Step 3 - Add the Chicken stock, diced tomatoes and Italian Seasoning and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes
Step 4 - Add the Lasagna Noodles and simmer until they are tender. Add the Parmesan Cheese on top!
Makes 8-10 servings
