Lasagna Soup Recipe

One of my favorite Pasta Dishes is Lasagna, I just love the combination of the noodles, pasta sauce and cheese.  How can you go wrong, really?  We make a delicious Lasagna Soup at our house too and I wanted to share the recipe with you guys.

One of my favorite soups ever is Taco Soup and it’s similar to that. I know, it sounds a little weird have Taco’s and Lasagna as soup – but trust me, you’re going to love it!

The perfect Weeknight Meal: Creamy Lasagna Soup with a soft and delicious Garlic Bread!

How to Make Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1 Can Chicken Stock
  • 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Broken Lasagna Noodles
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Step 1 – In a large pot brown your ground beef until it’s no longer pink

Step 2 – Add the onion and garlic to the ground beef and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes

Step 3 – Add the Chicken stock, diced tomatoes and Italian Seasoning and bring to a boil.  Simmer for about 20 minutes

Step 4 – Add the Lasagna Noodles and simmer until they are tender.  Add the Parmesan Cheese on top!

Makes 8-10 servings

The perfect Weeknight Meal: Creamy Lasagna Soup with a soft and delicious Garlic Bread!

This is the perfect weeknight or even weekend recipe.  Make some delicious garlic bread to go with it and you’re set!  The perfect meal in my opinion!
