Lemon Pound Cake with Strawberry Sauce

Ricotta Cheese

Sugar

Rodelle Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees and grease a loaf pan
Step 2 - Cream the butter, sugar and cheese together in a stand mixer
Step 4 - Add the eggs one at a time
Step 5 - Add the Vanilla and Lemon juice
Step 6 - Mix in the Flour, baking powder and salt last
Step 7 - Pour into the loaf pan and back for an hour (the first time I made this I used a glass pan and it took closer to an hour and 15 minutes)
Top with Strawberry Sauce and enjoy!
