Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup 2 sticks butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Package Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Pistachio Nuts
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside
- Using a stand mixer, mix together the butter and sugars until it is creamy
- Add the vanilla and eggs into the butter mixture
- Next, add the flour mixture slowly and blend until it is fully incorporated
- Mix in the chocolate chips and nuts by hand
- Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
