Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of the Pistachio Health Institute.

Do you like pistachio nuts?  I can honestly say that I tried them for the first time this year!  They are delicious!  I’m pretty sure that half the package was gone in no time flat.  I don’t have to worry too much though because 30 nuts are only 100 calories plus they are full of fiber.  Grabbing a handful of pistachio’s on the go is a great snack option!

I would never have thought to put these two together, but we love them both in our house! I’m going to try it!
