Simple Cake Mix Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Box of French Vanilla Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar we used white sugar in Canada and it worked
- Easy Glaze Topping
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Milk

- Step 1 - Mix together the cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil until it's smooth
- Step 2 - Pour the cake mixture into a greased 9x13 pan
- Step 3 - Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the cake mixture
- Step 4 - Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven
- Step 5 - After the cake is finished baking, mix together the glaze topping ingredients and drizzle it over the cake. Enjoy!
