Simple Cake Mix Coffee Cake

It's FALL!  That means it's time for everything with cinnamon, apples, and pumpkin!  Right?  While I was in Canada with my Mother-in-Law last month, we put together a simple Cake Mix Coffee Cake recipe using just a few ingredients that we had on hand in the cabin.  It turned out so good that when I got home, I decided to make another one but changed it just slightly.

This Cake Mix  Coffee Cake is the perfect recipe to make when you're having friends over for coffee, you need a quick dessert or just a snack.  My boys loved it and have asked me several times to make it again in the last couple weeks!
