Slow Cooker: Mushroom Steak and Rice

Beef Stew Meat

Package Lipton Soup Onion Mushroom Mix

Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Fresh Mushrooms

White Wine
I just use whatever I have on hand

Instructions
Step 1 - I like to brown the stew meat slightly in a medium heat skillet with just a splash of Olive Oil before placing the meet in the slow cooker
Step 2 - Mix together the Lipton Soup Mix, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Mushrooms and wine in a bowl and pour over the stew meat in the slow cooker
Step 3 - Cook on low for 6 hours and serve over rice!
If you're not a big rice lover, this can be served over mashed potatoes too!
