8-10CupsFresh Tomatoes Peeled and Dicedif you don’t have fresh tomatoes you can use cans of diced tomatoes instead
2Green Peppers Diced
2White Onions Diced
1Banana Pepper Diceduse Jalapeño if you like spicy
4Tablespoonsof Italian Seasoning
2Tablespoonsof Saltmore or less depending on your taste
3Garlic Cloves minced
1TablespoonFresh CilantroI don’t always use this, but had it on hand
Instructions
Step 1 – Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker.
Step 2 – Set on Low for 10 hours and let cook.
Step 3- Stir every hour or so.
Step 4 – After your sauce if finished proceed to canning the spaghetti sauce in a hot water bath. You will want to process for 40 minutes. If you do not want to can your sauce, place it in the refrigerator.
