We have a delicious Strawberry Muffins recipe to share with you today that tastes like a strawberry shortcake dessert. No joke, I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast! How fabulous is that? Strawberry Muffins paired with a hot cup of coffee is my idea of a delicious breakfast!
How to Make Strawberry Muffins
These Strawberry Muffins are simple to make because they use very few ingredients and your strawberries can be fresh or frozen in this recipe.
Ingredients you need to make Strawberry Muffins
- 1 cup Chopped Strawberries
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions for Strawberry Muffins
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 10 muffin tins with paper liners
Step 2 – In a small bowl mix together the vegetable oil, vanilla, milk and egg and beat lightly.
Step 3 – In a larger bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Step 4 – Add the chopped strawberries to the flour mixture then pour the milk mixture and mix together
Step 5 – Fill your muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before eating.
