These Gluten-Free Cheesy Biscuits are everything you want in a savory baked good: crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with melty cheese and buttery goodness. As a bonus, they are packed with protein, thanks to the almond flour and greek yogurt! They're perfect for pairing with soups, breakfast spreads, or slathered in butter straight from the pan.

Ingredients:
- 2 ⅓ cups almond flour (I love this Organic one!)
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon salted butter, melted
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorites)
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together the yogurt and eggs, then add the melted butter.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of dough for each biscuit onto the baking sheet (use a cookie scoop or lightly floured hands). Gently shape if you would like.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden.
