I just want to take a second and RAVE about these! They’re chewy and not cake-y like I thought once I got them on the pan. They’re not too banana not too sweet. They’re seriously so good!!! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I will be forwarding it to everyone I know!……. That doesn’t live close enough for me to bake for them and get some serious credit, anyways 🙂

We are home for a snow day and I had a bunch of ripe bananas. Came upon this recipe and tried it. Didn’t have oats and so I used a packet of banana flavored quick oats. Added white chocolate chips, toffee chips and snickers bites. They are going quickly. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for helping me get rid of the bananas!!!
Just baked these! My son is allergic to eggs, so I replaced it with 1Tbs Chia seeds soaked in 3Tbs water and baked for 1 minute longer and they turned out deliciously cakey! Definitely baking again!
Awesome! I love hearing that! Thanks for stopping by!
Hi these look really great, is there anyway you could weigh the ingredients next time and post them, I’m in the uk and we use either grams or pounds and ounces.
I’m never sure if cups she be level or heaped, and I do love to bake.
Thanks for the great reciepie though x
I stumbled upon this recipe on Pinterest and gave it a try about an hour or so ago. I haven’t done much baking in the past. But, these turned out great! They’re super yummy. Thank you for the recipe! I added a cup of milk to it though, it got really hard to mix all the dry ingredients together.
