Egg and Ham Breakfast Casserole

August 1, 2015   |   Leave a Comment

This post brought to you by Hormel Foods. The content and opinions expressed below are that of The Taylor House.

Finding time to have meals together with my boys and hubby is super important.  It’s our time to talk and reconnect after a nights sleep or busy day of school and work.  Did you know that family meals eaten at home have been proven to benefit the health and wellness of children and adolescents?  So making eating together at home is a priority at our house. I know there are times when dinner just isn’t going to happen with everyone so instead we’ll have a nice breakfast with everyone instead.  Usually I’ll make something a little nicer like this Egg, Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole.  It is so delicious and there are literally only 4 ingredients in the entire recipe! Check it out!

Usually we pick up a Hormel Cure 81 Ham for dinner and end up with leftovers that I like to use in other recipes like this egg and ham breakfast casserole.  There’s so moist and delicious, my kids are HUGE ham lovers so we have them a lot at our house.  I admit that I used to only make ham at Easter, it was never a big go to meat for me until I found Cure 81!  My kids are thrilled they get to have ham more often!

Hormel Cure 81 Hams are the best hand-picked hams, perfect for any meal occasion whether it’s dinner, lunch or breakfast!

How do you make eating dinner at home a priority?  What delicious meals do you make for your family so they want to eat in instead of eating out?
