Alfredo Potato Casserole

The other day while I was looking through my cabinets and trying to find something to give me inspiration for a side dish with dinner, my jar of Ragú® Alfredo sauce jumped out at me.

I knew I wanted to drink it with a straw use it in a recipe that night. The other food I was craving was potatoes so I decided to try making an Alfredo Potato Bake and see how it turned out.
To say that this was delicious is an understatement, I mean come on! This has Alfredo AND Potatoes with Cheese all in one dish! YUMMMY!
Honestly, I had used the Italian Roasted Potato Recipe and the Pasta with Roasted Peppers as a little inspiration. Using parts from each dish to create a new one!
